Wesley is a village in the north eastern part of Dominica. It has a population of 1,756 people. The Youth Resource Centre was set up primarily for Computer Literacy Training. Over the years, the Resource Center has impacted on the lives of over four hundred (400) young people from that Community. The Center, located just off the main road, is easily accessible and provides for the training of individuals specifically in the area of ICT.
