The Roseau Youth Enterprise Center is located in the capital: Roseau. From the Center, persons can walk through the city of Roseau to view some of the old European architecture. The Center is approximately a 5-minute walk away from the Botanical Gardens that provides home for some of Dominica's exotic flora and fauna as well as a place for relaxation and recreation.
